Vaginal Discharge and odor with the Paragard IUD

I have had my IUD for 3 yrs and recently i have noticed after intercource and before and after my cycle i have a thick foul smelling discharge! I have been to my gyn multiple times and have taken several antibiotics and used creams. They seem to help until just before my cycle! What do i do? I am debating on haveing it removed but i hate to take it out! Please help! Sam…
