skin bumbs on my vagina

i have 3 under the skin bumbs on my viginal and they do move if i touch them and they do not hurt i went to the doctor 2 times and they tested me for diffrent kinds of stds and both times they never called back i am so scard i dont no what to think will sumone please tell me what can it b and how can i get rid of them…
