im a diabetic and have areal bad yeast infection help please!!

hey I’m 19 years old with a rare case of diabetes but i keep getting a real bad yeast infection its cottage cheese discharge a lot of it itching and burning but no smell I’ve tried monoistat and pills but it keeps coming back i even resorted to putting yogurt inside the vagina…
