Swollen inner vaginal lips

I have realized over the past few days that the inner lips of my vagina have swelled up. Them,as well as my urethra and clitoris, have been very itchy as well. Now I am sure I do not have an STD, and I haven’t been sexually active in a few months. Any ideas ?…
