odor

i am a 22 year old female, who had ovarian surgery in november. I recently started using the nuva ring a little over 2 weeks ago. I have noticed since i have used it that there is a different odor from down below. No itching or burning or odd discharge, just a different odor. Should i be alarmed? do you have any idea what this could be?…
