I have like a line of bumps, feels like a scab on my perineum.

I have had this for a while now, didnt take any notice of it at the start, thought it would go away itself but its starting to bug me now.
It started like a line, felt like the skin had been cut and it had scabbed back together!but its not a scab its like a line of extra skin? i feel like i can pick it off but it wont come off!It also hurts to do this as it like picking off skin! its now got long…
