small bump near anus

I am 20 years old and have just discovered a small bump near my anus. The bump is hard and skin colored and kind of comes out when I push. I’ve never had anything like this and am unsure what it is and what I should do…? I am studying abroad and don’t have my doctor here so I was hoping somebody could give me some advice because I’m freaking out…
