3 ovaries with tubal ligation-is pregnancy possible?

After having my “tubes tied” around 3 years ago, I was informed that I have 3 ovaries. What are the chances of having a 3rd fallopian tube or is it just an ovary??? I am wondering because I am having some pregnancy symptoms but am pretty sure the procedure would prevent any successful births. brown discharge three days after sex.

I had sex 27th Jan(11th day of my cycle).. three days late i noticed light brown discharge, my cycles are usually 27.I’m unware when i would ovulation happens.

I know many say brown discharge is normal, but for me it’s not. Ive never had any bleeding inbetween periods.any advice would be great …

Pain in pelvic region – PCOS ??
