Both ovaries on right side

I went to the ER with lower right pain thinking another cyst…They did a transvaginal ultrasound and told me both of my ovaries are on the right side, and I also have a 3cm cyst. I have researched both ovaries on one side and come up with nothing! Has anyone heard of this? Causes? Concerns? Does anything need to be done for it?

Ovulation symptoms while on pill ?

I am hoping someone can give me some peace of mind! I at 26 years old. I have been on the pill since I was 18 for horrible horrible periods. Since then my periods have been very normal. I always know when I’m going to start and how long it will last. It’s never heavy or bad anymore either. My sister living in India has been diagnosed with PCOS, Polycystic ovary syndrome. Her insulin level is very high…35 now. She is taking Glucophage 850 three times a day and another tablet Diane 21 to regulate her menstrual cycle. She is over weight and she cant help to reduce it.
