Vaginal Perineal tear

I have been plagued by small cracks between my anus and vagina that usually turn into small circular sores that burn like fire if I get urine on them or even move the wrong way and stretch the skin. PLEASE HELP! Reoccurring Vaginal Cuts (also have Endometriosis)

Could anyone please give me some advice on this topic.

This has happened a few times now. There seems to be no specific time of when this will happen.

The cut is always in the same place – right at the base of the vagina near the anus.

At the moment I have 2 cuts and they are very painful.
At this moment in time i’m also suffering from thrush so i’m using Caneston Thrush Cream right now…
