Both ovaries on right side

I went to the ER with lower right pain thinking another cyst…They did a transvaginal ultrasound and told me both of my ovaries are on the right side, and I also have a 3cm cyst. I have researched both ovaries on one side and come up with nothing! Has anyone heard of this? Causes? Concerns? Does anything need to be done for it?

The bleeding that you are having after the injection could be a breakthrough bleeding which happens in few women after the injection use.
Report to your gynecologist and discuss about it. An examination and tests will tell you if there is anything to be worried. If the bleeding is more than the usual spotting, then do not ignore it.
