Found a lump in my genitals.

Vaginal swelling and clear, watery discharge
Recently i’ve been feeling some discomfort that almost feels like my vagina has swelling. Also, I have a clear, watery discharge throughout the day and I have to wear pantyliners to catch it. strange pressure in vagina

Pressure when urinating

Little red and white bumps?
