Friction lump?

I have a bump that sits rit above my clitoris, just a little bit to the left. It doesn’t hurt, or itch or sting. It’s about the size of a marble and you can’t even tell it’s there(no weird colors, swollen-ness etc.) unless you press down on it. Strange life long irritation..

First off, I’m eighteen years old. I’ve had this condition for about as long as I can remember. When I was younger, my mother would brush it off and say it was a Yeast Infection. Vaginal Itching without discharge

I finished my period three days ago. At the end I noticed a bit of irritation which I just attributed to using tampons and pads. Now that my period is over it has changed to itching but there is no discharge or odor. This has happened before but the itching just went away after a few days.
