Vaginal bleeding

I am having light vaginal bleeding for last 2weeks.Its started 1 1/2 week after my period was finished. Also my pap smear test was not normal. They have found Low Grade Squamous Intraepithelial lesion cells. Pregnant and Vaginal Bumps

I’m at a full term pregnancy and recently noticed 2 small white bumps on my labia. They havent spread but I scratced one when in the shower and I broke the skin causing some mild bleeding.
