Hi, i’m 57 years old have been having a lot of abdominal pain change in bowel movement, now have blood on toilet paper after i have a wee and pain in vagina.

Pressure when urinating
I’ve been having this weird sensation when I use the bathroom like pressure or something like that and then my urine has a strong smell the urine isn’t chunky or anything it just smells strange.
