Thick, white discharge I can roll or scrape off?

Hi!
Please help! i have been to a doctor about this and been treated for a yeast infection several times. This issue still persists.
It seems I have a thick, white coating around my clitoris, I can ROLL it off with a tissue, or scrape it off with my fingernail.
It appears even when I have my period and a tampon is inserted.
I’ve taken diflucan twice and OTC several times.. yet it’s still here…

solid in/under clitoris hood

Sometimes I experience a mild off feeling from my clitoris, making me never see the appeal of touching it…

Well today when I tried to take a look into the hole of the foreskin, this small black thing popped out. It was small, a soft solid and was a very dark red to the point of looking black. The inside of it when broken was a similar liver red color.
