what is this sore on my vagina?

A couple of days ago, I got a sore (very small, and it’s kind of purple like a bruise) in my vagina. It use to only hurt when I would wipe, but now it’s gotten worse, it hurts almost all the time. small bump near anus

I am 20 years old and have just discovered a small bump near my anus. The bump is hard and skin colored and kind of comes out when I push. I’ve never had anything like this and am unsure what it is and what I should do…?
