Lichen Sclerosis

I feel like I just got news that’s a few steps away from the worst today. I had a biopsy done and the results came back today- positive for Lichen Sclerosis. I am only 24 and I feel like I should basically say goodbye to continuing a healthy sex life? And goodbye to the normal looks of that area?
