Vagina Lips near Perineum

Never bothered me, and have regular obgyn visits yearly. Doctor has never mentioned anything, and I wouldn’t have known had boyfriend not pointed it out…

Perineum Tear

I few days ago my boyfriend and I had rough sex, and after I realized that I had a small tear in my perineum. There was not too much blood, but its been 3 days and I have a few drops of blood in my underwear. There is no pain, so I am thinking it will heal on its own, but I just wanted to make sure because blood makes me nervous….
