Dried skin of vagina flakes off

My problem is as stated. The problem area is right above the actual beginnings of my vagina, where my clitoris is [not on my pubic bone though]. It’s where most of my pubic hair gathers, which I keep trimmed regular [in case it matters at all, to say]. I had an internal examination today and i think the doctor said i had extra skin somewhere inside that is caused from childbirth or combination pill. She didnt really explain it to me but i no she said its nothing to worry about and carry on like normal, can anyone help me and explain what it is??…

Labia spot??

Vaginal Perineal tear

I have been plagued by small cracks between my anus and vagina that usually turn into small circular sores that burn like fire if I get urine on them or even move the wrong way and stretch the skin.
