Numerous years ago when I first used tampons, I used a too absorbent one and pulled some skin loose. It’s only on one side but it’s large and I’m worried. When It first happened, it hurt a lot! But now it’s just an insecurity. I don’t want to tell anyone because I’m really insecure about it, so is there some way to take care of it without a doctors visit?…

I really feel like i should know this stuff but i dont. i was researching online about how it hurts to finger myself and there was a question that said ” i cant find my hymen” and a answer was it isnt broken yet.
