Why do I produce so much bacteria?

For the past 4 yrs after the birth of my first child, I had re-ocurring infections. A few were yeast infection and for the last 2 yrs I had mostly bacterial vagoisis, but constant. A few nights ago my boyfriend and I had sex. We used a condom. After we were done and he pulled out there was bright red blood on the outside of the condom.
