Non menstrual brownish red clots

I am obese and have irregular periods. My last was 2 year ago. At 17 I had my cervix frozen as a treatment for abnormal cells. I’m 40 now. Since then, I gave birth to a healthy child. I’m married. Bloody Vaginal discharge

I have recently used antibiotics for an abscess.
I have not used extra protection during sex during this time.
I am on birth control. I have just switched to a new birth control called Portio, but according to my Obgyn this was exactly the same as I was already using.
